Toledo, OHA small plane has crashed in Ottawa County, according to local law enforcement. The crash is in Port Clinton, not far from the Erie–Ottawa International Airport. Local media outlets are reporting that there are fatalities. The crash happened about 3 p.m. just off state Route 163 along East Harbor Road. Check back for updates as more information becomes available.

Cleveland-Akron, OHA crash occured on North Main Street and Tallmadge Avenue that took the life of a motorcyclist in his early 30s. Details about the crash have not been released. The accident is still under investigation.

Cincinnati, OHLeelah Alcorn, born Joshua Alcorn, was in the road on southbound Interstate 71 when she was struck by a semi-trailer driven by Abdullahi Ahmed, 39. Alcorn died of her injuries, and Ahmed was not injured. Alcorn later posted a suicide note on the social media site Tumblr. The accident is still under investigation.

Cleveland-Akron, OHOne woman was killed after crashing her car into the back of disabled vehicle sitting on the side of the highway in Summit County on Saturday just before 11:30 p.m. on I-77 southbound. A 2011 Chevrolet Avalanche driven by 58-year-old Richard W. Fort Jr., of Maryland, was parked on the right shoulder. A second vehicle, a 2006 Buick Rendezvous driven by Denise McNerney, 54, of Mayfield Heights, was driving southbound on I-77. McNerney was driving on the shoulder of the roadway when she crashed into the rear of Fort's parked vehicle.

Toledo, OHSarah Jennifer Hall, 34, of Port Clinton was driving westbound on Bay Shore near State when her Honda went off the right side of the road into the ditch, struck a utility pole, overturned, and finally came to rest its left side. Ohio Highway Patrol believes alcohol was a factor. Hall was not wearing a seat belt at the time of the crash.

Columbus, OHAn 18-year-old Johnstown man was killed in a car accident near New Albany on Tuesday, December 23. Matthew R. West was traveling north on Route 62 in Plain Township when he crossed the center line about 9:30 p.m. and collided with a southbound car driven by Christopher Season, 33, of Columbus. West was pronounced dead at the crash site. It is not yet known what caused West to lose control of his vehicle.

Cleveland-Akron, OHHigh school senior Sara Weikert, 18, was killed in a two-vehicle collision on Route 57 in Orrville. Weikert was driving a 2002 Dodge Stratus south on Route 57 when she crashed head-on with another car. Linford Falb, 67, of Orrville, was driving a 2010 Hyundai Elantra northbound. He was flown to Akron City Hospital. His current condition is not currently being reported. The Ohio State Highway Patrol Crash Reconstruction Unit is investigating. The cause of the collision is still under investigation.

Cincinnati, OHWilliam "Brandon" Sheek II, of Middletown, was attempting to cross the 4-lane Ohio 122 outside of a crosswalk just before 6 a.m. when he was struck by a vehicle near the Dixie Highway. Sheek was killed by the impact. The driver was brought to the hospital with minor injuries.

Cincinnati, OHJoseph H. Mangan was driving his pickup truck on Route 33 when a vehicle driven by Omatseye Nanna crossed the median and struck the pickup head-on. Mangan died at the scene, and Nanna was hospitalized in good condition at a local medical center. Check back for updates.
