Gutierrez, who was not wearing a seat belt, was ejected from the vehicle and pronounced dead after being brought to a hospital. The three other individuals were transported to a hospital.

The Tennessee Highway Patrol tells Channel 3, a McMinn County man died from a fatal crash on Sunday.

Syracuse, NYA 27 year old male, of Baldwinsville, was injured in three car accident on West Bear Street in Syracuse, NY after he failed to stop at a red light and hit a Kia on Solar Street, causing the Kia to hit a Subaru stopped at the red light on West Bear Street. The 35 year old driver of the Subaru and his wife, and the 23 year old driver of the Kia were not injured. The driver of the Impla was transported to Upstate University Hospital.

Columbia, SCA driver was heading north on Mack St. in Gaston around 2 A.M. when the vehicle passed through the stop arms on the train tracks and collided with an oncoming train. The driver was killed at the scene and was not wearing his seatbelt. The driver's name has not been released. Nobody on the train was injured as a result of the collision.
