Dayton, OHLaw enforcement officers are looking for the driver of a pickup truck involved in a crash that killed his passenger, 23-year-old Brittany Elliott of Sidney. Carl Graber, 33, of Sidney, fled the crash scene that happened around 11:30 p.m. Saturday in the 1000 block of Lindsey Road. A reward is offered for information leading to the capture of Graber, who is facing charges of vehicular homicide and leaving the scene of an accident. Brittany Elliott, 23, died in the accident in Turtle Creek Twp. Saturday night.

Columbus, OHAt about 3:25 a.m. Saturday, police responded to a crash on Norton Road at West Broad Street involving a car and a pedestrian. Authorities claim a 1998 Nissan Altima was driving eastbound on West Broad Street when it struck 35-year-old Freddy L. Jeffers Jr, of London. The car continued eastbound on Norton after striking Jeffers. Jeffers was sent to Doctor's West Hospital where he died approximately an hour later. The driver of the Nissan has been identified as Steven J. Mays, 31, of Hilliard. Mayes was charged with Hit-Skip, which is a 3rd degree felony, and sent to the Franklin County jail.

Columbus, OHColumbus Police say Judge Wilson refused a breathalyzer and field sobriety tests. Thursday he also refused to answer our questions. "I understand you've got a job to do. And I appreciate that, but I have no comment. Any questions can be directed to my attorney,” he said. After an investigation, the judge could face anything from a public reprimand to disbarment, although the latter is unlikely in a non-felony case.

Cleveland-Akron, OHA Cleveland driver suspected of crashing into a pedestrian and then fleeing the scene Monday morning was arrested hours later for driving intoxicated, police said.
Travis Clay, 49, was taken into custody about 5 p.m. after being stopped near East 71st Street and Fullerton Avenue.
Officials said he was driving a red Nissan Altima that matched the description given to police after a 54-year-old woman was struck about 11:30 a.m. near Broadway and Worley avenues -- a half mile from where Clay would eventually be placed in handcuffs.

Cleveland-Akron, OHAn Avon Lake man has been charged with aggravated vehicular assault after he fled the scene of an accident and seriously injured a woman who was driving to work, police said.
Alexander Potoczak, 22, was driving an Audi on Bradley Road in Westlake when he hit another car around 10:30 a.m. on Tuesday and fled the scene, police said.
"He took off, struck another car and caused some serious injury to the other driver," said Capt. Guy Turner, public information officer for the Westlake police department.
