The 15-year-old victim of a hit-and-run pedestrian accident on Saturday night has been identified as Chiar Raymond of Boynton Beach. Raymond was walking home after attending an event at Boynton Beach High School when he was struck by a vehicle that then fled the scene. Boynton police are attempting to find for the vehicle, described as a red or maroon Mercedes, possibly a four-door sedan, with damage to the passenger's side mirror and front bumper. Police said a car heading northbound at 2000 block of High Ridge Road hit the teen, who was walking north alongside the roadway, about 11:15 p.m.

Khiar Raymond was walking home after an event at his high school with his older brother and a friend. They were walking on High Ridge Road when a car struck Raymond. The driver fled the crash scene. Raymond was rushed to a local medical center where he later died. The suspect is a white female driving a red four-door sedan with damahe to the passenger side.

Piotr Zatorski, 44, of Pompano Beach, was killed after losing control of his vehicle and crashing into a parking lot in Lake Worth early Sunday morning. Zatorski was traveling south on South Congress Avenue when he lost control and overturned in a parking lot. It is not yet reported what caused the driver to lose control. Two people died in a wrong-way collision on State Road 60 in Indian River County early Saturday morning. The crash occurred on State Road 60 about 12:45 a.m. when Thomas Warren, 24, of Apopka, and Abby Calleja, 40, of Vero Beach, crashed head-on. Calleja's 2013 Jeep Cherokee was traveling in the wrong direction on SR 60 when it struck Warren's 2007 Dodge Charger.

A Road Ranger who had stopped to assist a motorist on Interstate 95 was hit and killed early Sunday by a car which then fled the scene. The Road Ranger was standing on the east shoulder of the northbound lanes of I-95 south of Palmetto Park Road, speaking with the driver of a white Dodge Charger, when he was hit at 1 a.m. The Road Ranger was identified as Arnold Metellus, 59, of Boynton Beach. The suspect vehicle fled without stopping. It is described as a silver or gray SUV-type vehicle that exited at Palmetto Park Road. The vehicle is believed to have front and right side damage.

Authorities stated the crash occured at Pike Road and Southern Boulevard. Rescuers stated two people were injured and had to be extricated from their cars. One of the victims, a man in his 30s, had to be airlifted to St. Mary's Medical Center. The second victim, a man, was sent to Wellington Regional Medical Center.

Eight people were taken to the hospital. One of the victims is in critical condition. Flashing lights and debris littered A1A near Center Street in Jupiter. Crews worked for almost an hour to extricate a victim from a car. Crews were called to the scene just before 8 p.m. The crash shut down the northbound and southbound lanes of A1A. Tequesta, Palm Beach Gardens and PBCFR crews are still at the scene. Jupiter police are continuing to investigate the cause of the crash.

A man riding a moped, described as a white male in mid to late 50s, died following a collision with a pickup truck. The incident occured in Tequesta, Florida at Tequesta Drive and US 1 just after 12:00 p.m. Tuesday, October 14. The driver of the truck was not injured.

Diogo Oliveira, 32, died Tuesday evening after a car crash on Palmetto Park Road in Boca Raton, Florida. The incident occured around 11:35 p.m. on October 14 when Oliveira was driving west on Palmetto Park road, above the 50 mph speed limit, when he lost control and hit the raised median. His vehicle hit a tree, rotated, and then hit another tree with the rear of the vehicle. Police do not believe alcohol to be a factor in the crash. Oliveira was taken to Delray Medical Center, where he died.

Rory Fitzpatrick Kiernan, 40 of Stevensville, Maryland was killed after being ejected from his motor scooter and onto Florida Turnpike, south of Atlantic Avenue in Delray Beach, Florida where one vehicle struck him from behind and he was hit by at least one other vehicle. The accident is still being investigated.
