At around 1:00pm, Blevins was traveling southbound on State Highway 76 when she lost control, likely due to the snow and slush on the roadway, and rolled over off of the road, leaving her dead at the scene.

A Pawnee man was critically injured in an accident early Christmas morning. Russell Hazlip, 24, of Pawnee, was heading east on State Highway 15 when his vehicle left the road to the left. Hazlip then over-corrected and exited the road to the right, hitting a fence. The vehicle rolled several times, and Hazlip was ejected from the vehicle. He was transported to a Tulsa hospital by Air-Evac where he is being treated for serious injuries.

At about 3:45 p.m., Dorothy Sanders, 66, of El Reno, was driving west on the H.E. Bailey Turnpike when the car exited the highway and rolled. Dorothy Sanders and her passenger Robert Sanders, 74, of El Reno, were thrown from the car. Neither person was wearing a seat belt. Dorothy Sanders died at the crash site, and Robert Sanders was transported to OU Medical Center in Oklahoma City where he is listed in fair condition.

Mary Fox was driving on US Highway 177 when she experienced a medical problem and drove off the road, striking a tree and a concrete culvert. She was wearing her seat belt but her airbags did not deploy. She passed away on Dec. 17th of her injuries.

On December 4, 2014, Wagner was driving on County Road EW 390 when he lost control of the vehicle and departed the roadway before striking a fence. He was injured and hospitalized after the accident, but succumbed to his injuries and was pronounced dead on December 26, 2014.

OHP is investigating a fatal crash in Muskogee County that occurred Sunday morning around 4 a.m. Joseph Kane Adair was killed after he was ejected from his vehicle. Adair was attempting to pass another vehicle when he hit the bumper of the other vehicle, lost control, and rolled 4 times. Adair died at the crash scene. It has not been reported whether Adair was wearing a seat belt.

An elderly woman is was killed and her husband injured and in critical condition after a head-on crash on Highway 60 west of Nowata. Mary Wendt, 77, was a passenger in a truck driven by her husband John Wendt, 77, who crossed the center line for an unknown reason just before 2 p.m. Sunday, November 30, 2014, and hit another pickup head on. John Wendt was extricated from the crash and transported by medical helicopter to Tulsa where he is listed in critical condition with internal and other injuries.

Two Fort Smith residents died Thursday after their vehicle crashed in Sequoyah County. Quentin Skiver, 32, and Diana Lozano, 28, were in a 1996 Nissan Maxima when it veered off of county road East 1120, just west of Roland, about 3:35 a.m. Thursday. The vehicle was traveling at high speed. Skiver lost control of the vehicle, which left the roadway, went airborne, and hit a utility pole. The car broke into three pieces, ejecting Skiver and Lozano. Skiver and Lozano both were pronounced deceased at the crash scene.

About 2 p.m. Saturday, Micah Walker, 35, of Nowata, was driving a car north on U.S. 169 south of Nowata with Calvin Wyckoff, 34, of Tulsa, as a passenger. The car Walker was driving crossed the center line of the highway and collided with a southbound car driven by Kevin Smith, 59, of Nowata. Maria Smith, 49, of Nowata and two teenage boys were passengers in the car Kevin Smith was driving. Walker, Wyckoff, Kevin Smith and Maria Smith died at the scene. One of the teenage boys died while being transported to a Tulsa hospital.

At around 10:30am, a vehicle cotaining four people was traveling northbound when it crossed into the southbound lanes, struck the rear of one car, and then struck another car head-on. Of the people in that vehicle, John and Jenny Nguyen were pronounced dead at the scene, and the two other 16-year-old passengers in their vehicle were hospitalized. The three people in the vehicle that was struck head-on were also hospitalized, but the occupants of the other vehicle involved were uninjured.
