The fatal collision occurred just after 5:00 a.m. in the westbound lanes of LBJ freeway in the Lake Highlands area. The driver of an SUV was heading east in the westbound lanes of I-635 and crashed into the the vehicle Crystal Nuncio was driving. She was pronounced deceased at the crash site. The driver of the SUV has been identified as 25-year-old Luis Angel Rodriguez of Grand Prairie. He is charged with one count of intoxication manslaughter and two counts of intoxication assault.
