Lt. Jeff Turner, Aurora police spokesman reported that "none of those people in the Tahoe were wearing their seat belts." The Tahoe's driver was ejected from the SUV as it rolled onto its roof. Two of the Tahoe passengers were taken to a local hospital for treatment. Everyone in the Expedition were wearing their seat belts, and woman in the front passenger seat and a child were taken to a hospital with minor injuries. The investigation is continuing. Several witnesses, including a man who barely avoided the crash, said the Tahoe had ran a red light.
