Deputies say 34-year-old Misty Petschl was driving on County Road 10 when she lost control of her Dodge Caravan and slid into oncoming traffic. Her minivan was struck on the driver’s side by a GMC Yukon driven by 59-year-old David Splettstoeszer of Waconia.  Petschl’s 8-year-old son and 6-year-old daughter were also in the vehicle with her at the time of the collision, and they were all transported to Hennepin County Medical Center, where Misty Petschl died around 9 p.m. Saturday. Her daughter, Jazmine, also later died from her injuries. The son, Spencer, remains hospitalized.

The dump truck driver, Justin Peabody, 25, attempted an evasive maneuver, but couldn't avoid the crash. Robinson was declared dead at the scene. No alcohol was detected, and it remains a mystery why Robinson crossed into the oncoming lanes.

A 19-year-old woman died Friday from injuries she sustained in a car crash in Carver County, according to the Hennepin County Medical Examiner. The crash happened around 4 p.m. Friday at West 150th Street and Baseline Avenue in Louisville Township. Amy Holscher of St. Anthony was taken to Hennepin County Medical Center, where she died around 6:45 p.m. The Carver County Sheriff's Office and the Minnesota State Patrol are investigating. No further information is available at this time.

A New Prague woman is dead after a crash in Carver County on Wednesday.

The crash occurred at 9:23 p.m. on County Road 11 near White Pine Way.

According to the Minnesota State Patrol, 18-year-old Mickenzy Segler was driving a Chevy Malibu when she lost control of the vehicle and slid sideways into the northbound lane.

Thirty-two-year-old Robert MacDonald of Carver was driving a Dodge truck, and tried to move out of the way, but hit the passenger side of Segler's car.

The state patrol says roads were icy at the scene of the crash.

Minnesota Vikings Linebacker Erin Henderson has been arrested on suspicion of DWI, according to the Carver County Sheriff's Office and the Minnesota Vikings. Deputies received a report of a black SUV speeding and "driving all over the road" on Wednesday. Shortly after the call deputies received additional information of a single-vehicle crash at the Park and Ride near the intersection of Highway 101 and County Road 61 in Chanhassen.
