Two people died Saturday in a motorcycle-car collision south of Judson. Nicholas Bissette, of North Mankato, was traveling on a motorcycle east on Highway 68 around 3:15 p.m. when the vehicle collided with a car driven by Sara Dauer, 30, of Judson, who was traveling south on 519th Avenue. Bissette, 37, and his passenger, Corinne Claridge-Bollman, 38, of Mankato, were killed. Dauer and her two passengers sustained no injuries. Neither Bissette nor Claridge-Bollman were wearing helmets, according to authorities.

Clarence H. Pistorius was riding a four-wheeler in eastern South Dakota at about 8 p.m. on a rural street when his tires lost traction on the shoulder of the road and rolled. The 700-pound machine pinned him underneath, and he was pronounced dead at the scene. Police say the vehicle was speeding at the time of the accident and that Pistorius was not wearing a helmet.

Casey M. Lantz was fatally injured when the motorcycle he was riding swerved into a ditch. Both Lantz and his passenger, Jessica C. Lantz, 32, were thrown from the motorcycle. Both were taken to a local hospital where Casey Lantz was declared dead, and Jessica Lantz was treated for non-life threatening injuries. Neither rider was wearing a helmet.
