Two people died and a child was injured Thursday night on Highway 34 in Linn County, Oregon, when a Camaro driven by Bradley R. Storkson of Lebanon crossed the center line into oncoming traffic and crashed head-on into an Impala driven by Felicia N. Hamilton of Lebanon. Storkson was pronounced dead at the scene, and Hamilton died at Good Samaritan Hospital in Corvallis. A 7-year-old boy in one of the cars is in serious condition. Speed may have been a factor. We'll update this story as more information becomes available.

Doris Jennings, 47, died Tuesday after a tractor accident on private property in Lebanon, Oregon. Jennings was attempting to remove an oak tree by chaining the tree to the tractor. The witness, a 49-year-old man she was working with, said that when the rear tires began to spin, she throttled the engine, causing the tractor to flip and land on top of her. Jennings suffered head trauma and died at the scene.

Agosto was arrested on charges of probation violation and trying to evade officers. Police said Agosto told them he regretted using the cologne.

The victim was a 27 year old woman, but her identity has not yet been released. Following the crash, Police said the Oregon 34 closure could last some time while officer investigate the single-vehicle crash and conduct a reconstruction. Motorists should expect delays. More details to come.

Police have identified the 81-year-old man who was seriously injured in a crash on Highway 20 near Lebanon Thursday afternoon. Samuel Slaughter of Sweet Home suffered serious injuries in a crash involving a commercial truck pulling a semi trailer and a car. Oregon State Police said at about 1 p.m. a commercial truck pulling a semi-trailer stopped on westbound Highway 20 to wait for train to pass by so the driver could turn into a driveway.
