John Webb, 55, of Milton Township, was injured when his Ford left the road after rounding a corner near 339 Route 232 in Rumford, ME and then rolled over into the woods. Webb was discovered in the rear of his vehicle with his legs trapped and was airlifted  by LifeFlight to Central Maine Medical Center.  Webb's 50-pound black Labrador retriever was in the vehicle at the time of the accident and was taken to the Bethel Animal Hospital but is not expected to live.

LifeFlight was called in to transport one of the crash victims to the hospital. One of the survivors is in critical condition, and the other appeared to have non-life-threatening injuries.
