Syracuse, NYState Police in Fulton are investigating a fatal crash that occurred shortly before 5:00 Tuesday afternoon on State Route 3 in the Town of Hannibal, Oswego County.
The investigation has revealed a car, operated by Dylan Blair, 18, from Fulton, NY along with 3 other passengers, were westbound on State Route 3 when he came upon a vehicle slowing down to assist a disabled vehicle who was off the roadway and parked along the shoulder.
