Thursday, April 2, 2015A motorcycle, driven by Bobby Joe Crane, collided with a pickup truck, driven by Scott Douglas, late Thursday night on Currys Lake Road in Laurens County, South Carolina. The cause of the crash has not yet been released. Crane was not wearing a helmet and was pronounced dead at the scene. Douglas and the two passengers in the pickup were not injured.

Tuesday, April 8, 2014Authorities say one person has died after a moped collided with a truck in Anderson County.
The South Carolina Highway Patrol says the crash happened at around 8:30 p.m. Wednesday.
Troopers say the driver of a 2009 Honda moped was traveling south, turned left into a private drive and struck a 1991 Nissan truck.
Troopers say the moped driver was not wearing a helmet and was pronounced dead at the scene. The truck driver was not injured.
Authorities are still investigating.
