Mary Fox, 79, suffers fatal injuries after striking concrete culvert in Sulphur, Oklahoma

Mary Fox was driving on US Highway 177 when she experienced a medical problem and drove off the road, striking a tree and a concrete culvert. She was wearing her seat belt but her airbags did not deploy. She passed away on Dec. 17th of her injuries.
