Helene Goldman, 76, crashes into several businesses while driving on Mill Road in Egg Harbor, New Jersey

Helene Goldman was driving on Mill Road when she suffered from a medical problem and lost control of her vehicle. She drove onto the median and hit a traffic sign and several businesses. She was taken to the hospital in serious condition.

60-year-old man becomes unresponsive and rear-ends car with two doctors, Dhinoj and Minaxi Parikh, who were able to resuscitate him in Parsippany, New Jersey

As soon as the Parikhs saw that the man who hit them was unresponsive, they began CPR and called 911. The man eventually became responsive in a Parsippany Volunteer Ambulance Squad Rig and was transported to Saint Clare's Hospital. Dhinoj Parikh believes the man had gone into cardiac arrest before he crashed. “I think it’s good to hit doctor’s car,” Parikh said. “I am happy we were there at that moment to help him through. If you can help somebody you should.”
