Friday, June 5, 2015Around 1:20 p.m., a woman was attempting to take a left turn and pulled into the path of a truck driven by Raymond Burnett. Burnett's truck hit the car on the driver's side, and the impact of the collision forced the car into the enterance of Cleve Edmund’s Bar-B-Que. The woman, identified as 62-year-old Hilda Yvonne Choice, 62, was pronounced dead at the scene. She was considered at fault due to failure to yield right of way. The accident is still under investigation.

Saturday, March 28, 201520-year-old Ihab Usama Halaweh has been killed after running into Bonita Perea, 63, when she did not yield to Halaweh when she was turning on Saturday afternoon. Halaweh was pronounced dead at the scene of the incident. The passenger on the motorcycle, 20-year-old Nhmia Mekonnen Kashay along with the passenger in the vehicle, singer-songwriter Norman Greenbaum are in critical condition. Authorities are investigating the speed of the motocycle and other details of the accident.

Wednesday, March 19, 2014A woman in her 60s who was using a crosswalk in San Francisco's Visitacion Valley neighborhood was struck and killed Thursday by an SUV driver who circled back to look at the fallen victim before speeding away, police said.
The hit-and-run at 11:15 a.m. at the intersection of Visitacion Avenue and Bayshore Boulevard marked the city's sixth pedestrian fatality of the year and 12th since December, a run of bloodshed that has put a spotlight on a longtime problem and prompted calls for more aggressive action.
