Denver, COTwo tour buses was traveling on Interstate 70, carrying bands that were going to perform in Denver that night. A spring storm brought fog and rain, making driving conditions treacherous. One of the tractor-trailers rear-ended another, seriously injuring the bus driver, 41-year-old John Crawford. Eleven passengers sustained minor to moderate injuries. The bands were both headed for shows in Denver but were not traveling together.

Des Moines-Ames, IAPolice responded to a wreck at the intersection of East 14th Street and Euclid Avenue in Des Moines at approximately 12:25 a.m. and discovered a rear-end two-car accident. A 44-year-old woman was driving the car that was rear-ended, and she told officers she was stopped at a red light when she was rear-ended from behind. In the driver's seat of the second car was a 25-year-old Des Moines woman who displayed numerous signs of being intoxicated and admitted to drinking, but she claimed that she wasn’t driving at the time of the accident.

Wednesday, February 11, 2015At 1:30 PM Wednesday a 31-year-old man was driving his SUV and struck an Amish buggy driven by a 42-year-old man with an 18-year-old passenger on Cass City Road near Cass City, Michigan. The SUV's driver was attempting to pass the buggy and lost control on the icy road, rear-ending the buggy. The accident caused extensive damage to the buggy, however its occupants did not report any injuries. The horse sustained minor cuts, but is believed to be fine, according to police investigators. The driver of the SUV was uninjured as well.

Friday, January 16, 2015Vermont State Police apprehended a naked Connecticut man after a high-speed collision on Route 103 in Cavendish, Vermont Friday. James Pollner, 18, of Fairfield, Connecticut told authorities he had consumed LSD as he drove his 2009 GMC Yukon south on Route 103. He was speeding when he slammed into the rear of a Chrysler Sebring, resulting in extensive damage to that vehicle. When authorities arrived at the crash site, Pollner was running around in the road, naked. Police put him in the back of a cruiser while they conducted their investigation.
