40-year-old Jeanne Anguiano was allegedly drunk and driving a stolen vehicle when she was headed south in the northbound lanes of Eastern Avenue at around 3:40 a.m. An officer that was directing traffic was attempting to pull her over, but not before she crashed into a truck and the three construction workers who were near it. Two of the workers and Anguiano herself were seriously injured and brought to the hospital, while one worker was struck but did not require hospitalization.
