An 11-year-old girl was killed in a two-vehicle accident Thursday night.
The Chillicothe Post of the Ohio State Highway Patrol says 34-year-old Amber Bloss was traveling southbound on Coal Dock Road, crossing State Route 32 in a 2001 Jeep Wrangler. 43-year-old Christopher Turner was traveling eastbound in a 2004 GMC Sierra on State Route 32.
Troopers say Bloss failed to yield, and Turner's vehicle struck her Jeep on the passenger side. Bloss's vehicle slid off the left side of the roadway and overturned onto it's left side. Turner's truck came to a stop on State route 32.

Authorities say 63-year-old Stefan Borbei was driving north along Interstate 71 on Sunday when he drove off the road and struck trees and a guardrail.
Troopers say Borbei was wearing his seatbelt and that alcohol is not a factor.
Borbei was pronounced dead at the scene.

A Licking County man was killed yesterday afternoon when two vehicles crashed at an intersection in northern Fairfield County, the State Highway Patrol said.
Donald S. Hartman, 81, of Ridge Road near Thornville, died at the scene of the crash at Rt. 158 and Blacklick Road.

A father died in a crash in Waverly Friday evening.
The Ohio State Highway Patrol says 35-year-old Brad Hilton lost control of his SUV while maneuvering a curve along Meadow Run Road around 7:30 p.m. The vehicle went off the road and overturned.
Hilton was not wearing a seatbelt. He was thrown from the vehicle and died at the scene.
Hilton's 15-year-old daughter survived the crash. She was flown to Nationwide Children's Hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
