Four people were rushed to the hospital after a two-vehicle crash in Pearl City.

The incident happened at about 1 p.m. Monday on Waimano Home Road near Moanalua Road.

According to Emergency Medical Services, the man -- believed to be in his 60s -- was driving a white pickup truck. He was taken to the Queen's Medical Center in critical condition with a partially-severed arm. His passenger, a 47-year-old woman, was taken the hospital in stable condition.

A 68-year-old woman is dead after she was struck by a car in Makiki, according to Honolulu police.

The incident happened at about 12:30 p.m. on Wilder Avenue near Makiki Street.

Police say the victim was run over by a 72-year-old woman driving a white Ford SUV.

The victim was taken to the Queen's Medical Center in critical condition, where she later died.

Police do not believe speed or alcohol were factors in the accident.

This is Oahu's first traffic fatality of 2014.

Maui firefighters are working to recover a woman's body after her car went off a cliff on Kahekili Highway and down about a hundred feet.

It happened in the Kahakuloa area which is the northern part of west Maui.

The call came in around 1:45 Saturday afternoon.

The woman had been driving a white convertible.

A young woman is fighting for her life after she was thrown from her motorcycle in Kaneohe. The crash happened in Haiku Village just off of Kahekili Highway. At about 11:30 a.m. Saturday, a motorcycle crashed into a parked car on Kahuhipa Street. Police say the 27-year-old woman then slid underneath a white pickup truck. She was not wearing a helmet and may have been speeding. She was taken to the Queen's Medical Center in critical condition.

A 53-year-old woman is dead following a crash in Keaau on Route 130. It happened just after 8:15 Saturday night. The woman was driving a 2001 Mercury sedan when she crossed the center median and hit a Mercedes Benz that was going in the opposite direction. The 56-year-old driver of the Mercedes Benz and her daughter, who is 23 years old, were sent to the hospital. Officials say that speed was a factor in the crash and a negligent homicide investigation has been opened. All occupants were wearing seat belts, according to police.

There was a motorcycle crash on Maui Friday night on Piilani Highway in Kihei.

The 18-year old man operating the motorcycle was taken to the hospital with life threatening injuries.

Police say just after 7:15 Friday night a car made a left turn onto Kaonoulu Street in front of the motorcycle, and the motorcycle then slammed into the passenger side of the car.

The motorcyclist was wearing a helmet.

A 94-year-old man was rushed to the hospital after he was hit by a vehicle in Kaimuki, according to Honolulu police. The incident happened at about 7:40 a.m. Friday on Waialae Avenue near 5th Avenue. According to police, the victim was taken to the hospital in critical condition. Police say the driver of the vehicle fled the scene. Officers closed Waialae Avenue near 5th Avenue while they continued their investigation. The area was reopened at about 10 a.m.

Two people were taken to the hospital after a traffic crash Wednesday afternoon, according to Kauai police. The incident happened at about 2:40 p.m. on Kuhio Highway near the Hokualele Road junction in Anahola. Police say a motorcycle was heading south on the highway when it rear-ended a Nissan sedan traveling in front of it. The operator of the motorcycle, a 51-year-old man, and his passenger, a 41-year-old woman, were transported to Wilcox Hospital with serious injuries. According to police, the male and female occupants in the sedan were not injured.

A man died after his car went off the road, hit a tree, then slid down into a ravine off Kuamo'o Road in Wailua on Kaua'i.

Around 8:30 Sunday morning, a motorcyclist heard the man's cries for help.

The man told him he had been struck for several hours.

The motorcyclist called 911, but by the time paramedics got there, the man had already passed away.

Officials have not released his name yet.

The horrific crash happened around 8:30 p.m. Saturday on Farrington Highway near the Kahe Power Plant. A young mother and her toddler were killed along with a third passenger in the car. Family members say the person who was driving the car is the baby's father. He survived the crash and is recovering in the hospital. Police believe he may have been driving drunk. There were two adults and two children in the truck all of them survived. The driver has a broken leg but the others no major injuries.
