Aleksandr Y. Mitishov, 36, killed while working in construction zone on I-95 near Wilmington, Delaware

Mitishov, who was employed by Enterprise Flasher Company of Wilmington, was preparing to set up construction warning signage and was wearing a reflective vest when he stepped out into the right hand lane of travel, police said.
