Victim in Palm Bay traffic crash identified
The incident was reported about 8:00 a.m. at Palm Bay Road and Bottlebrush Drive after police said the crash was caused after a pedestrian crossed the street, outside of the cross walk and failed to yield to the right of way of the oncoming vehicle. Why every fatality from a crash is not legally a wrongful death
After someone dies in a motor-vehicle accident, grieving family members and friends are often left with many questions. What caused the accident? Could it have been avoided? What do they do now that their loved one is gone?
Sometimes a fatal collision happens through no one's fault. Crashes caused by weather and road conditions, or by wildlife in the roadway, are examples. But when a fatal crash is caused by negligence, then family members should pursue a wrongful death claim, to uphold the victim's rights and begin the financial recovery process. Brevard County and Palm Bay
Brevard County and Palm Bay City made Palm Bay Road a death trap. Especially now that the Thrifty Mart is in this section. So many u-turns, Brevard county took our light away, and there are no crosswalks that this man could have used .
The sunlight at that time in
The sunlight at that time in the morning is horrible, blinding. Both are victims, the driver and Mr. Smith. My prayers go out to the families
