Michel Shane jasso was an employee at the tx title and payday loan on bandera rd. I had recently spoke to him the day of the accident when I went in to the loan co.after my truck had been repoed. He seemed like a very nice guy. But I came to find out he had recently had a dwi. These people just don't learn. He is lucky no one got killed. After this incident, most likely he'll be heading to prison. Maybe there he will have plenty of time to think about it.

Someone from the accident DID pass away. Repeated DRUNK- why wasn't he the one that parished?

Its not why didnt he parish assface... its sad that anyone passed from either party whether or not they were at fault. So shame on yourself, God be with all involved!!

Hi Becky, I'm so sorry to hear that someone died from this awful crash. I'm trying to find more information on this, and will update this page when I do. Regards, Ingrid, Accident Data Center

What are the current details from this accident Becky!? Is this family to you, if so my apologies to you.

Michael is a wonderful person who has always had the biggest heart. Who comes from a good Christen family. He made a terrible decision and will not only pay for his mistakes but will always from this day on be some what dead inside for what happened to that lady. I know people are so ready to execute him but trust me when I say he will do that to himself on his own every day for the rest of his life. This accident is tragic in everyway you look at it. Please people remember he is loved so much by all his family and friends. He was not a menace to society. He is not a killer.

Im sorry but she not just that lady, that was my grandmother, and you should be a shame of yourself right now because you sticking up for this guy, he even put my mom and cousin in lifes harm he should be in jail for life he is a killer dont matter what you say, my son will never met is great great grandmother because of him, oh but you want us to sympathize that he is so loved by family and friends while so was my grandmother she was the greatest grandmother ever and now she is my angel because your so called friend or family was driving drunk and if he had a biggest heart he should put hes own self in jail!

I have known Michael since junior high. He is a good man and made a mistake. He is loved and will be harder on himself than any judge or jury could ever be. God bless the family of the victim who died. My prayers are with your family.

Michael Shane Jasso made a mistake. In fact, he’s made a lot of mistakes. But, haven’t we all? My prayers to those who lost a family member as a result of this tragedy. For those of you who know Mike, know that he had a son. My son. And we haven’t heard from Mike in almost a year. I lost a friend the day of this tragedy.. and my son lost Mike. We are not defined by our mistakes people. We are defined by what we learn from them. Tragedy and bad decisions surround us all.. but it could have been any one of us behind the wheel. My son asks for his Dad often. He hasn’t spoken to him since December of last year. So, please people.. have a heart. He had a family too.

And to add to what I originally stated.. “we are not defined by our mistakes. We are defined by what we learn from them”. What has he learned? Has it made him want to be better person? A better father? Nope. Mike.. hasn’t learned the value of love and life. He has not been a good father. He has not been a great friend. He has not learned. He is not really a good person. It saddens me to finally say that and mean it. But I am the mother to his 13 year old son. And I have spent years making excuses for Mike... that ends now. Because he hasn’t learned. And this tragedy hasn’t taught him a thing.
