Brandon R. Delillo, 30, killed, after his pickup collides with a tractor-trailer driven by Kenneth Strahorn, 61, on I-695 near Parkville.

One person is dead after an accident on Interstate 695 involving a tractor trailer and a pickup truck.

It happened around 6:15 a.m. Sunday at I-695 and Perring Parkway.

The initial investigation reveals a silver Nissan Frontier pickup caught fire after colliding with a Freightliner tractor trailer that was parked on the right shoulder.

The driver of the Nissan has been identified as 30-year-old Brandon R. Delillo, of Baltimore. Delillo was declared dead on the scene.

The driver of the Freightliner was uninjured and has been identified as 61-year-old Kenneth Strahorn, of Gaines, Mich.
