Double fatal crash leaves two women dead in Homer Township.

The Ohio State Highway Patrol is investigating a fatal crash that happened Saturday in Medina County.
The Ohio State Highway Patrol is investigating a fatal crash that happened Saturday in Medina County. Police say a 2000 Mitsubishi Galant driven by 58-year-old Doris K. Williams of West Salem was traveling northbound on State Route 301 in Medina County when her vehicle went through a stop sign, going off the left side of the roadway hitting a mailbox and then striking a house before the car came to a stop. Doris K. Williams and her passenger 53-year-old Rosemarie Kinney both died at the scene. The occupants in the house were not injured. It is unknown if drugs or alcohol were a factor. The crash is still under investigation.
