Wish I would have gotten the names of the two guys that helped get him out so we could work on him. So sad he passed. #nurseonscene

Yeah, after we got him clear, it looked pretty bad. I guess there was more to his injuries than we could see. My condolences to his family.

I was one of the men that pulled him out.
There were actually three of us that got to him at the same time and worked to get him out. S

Me and two other men were the first to arrive. We couldn't get his seat belt off and had to cut him free. Fortunately the front windshield was already out. His feet were on the steering wheel and the roof caved in but we were able to slide him right out once the seat belt was cut.

Thank you so much. He was a good friend of mine.

Steve hogue was one of the guys that pulled him out!

There was 3 of us, but I don't know the other 2 guys' names. I tried to stop his bleeding but only had a fleece and towel. It saddens me greatly to know that he didn't survive. I'm very sorry for his family and loved ones.

I want to thank all of you that helped him out. It means a lot to us all that you saved him from the fire. Kyle was a good friend of mine. I talked to him up until the day he died. he was excited about bringing back to texas all the cool and interesting plants he had gathered visiting his father in his birthplace in florida. He was a dedicated nursery man and one of the funnest people to hang out with and work next to. He was also a musician that played in the band "convict hill" he played the saw, mouth harp, and spoons. Known to some as the "jimmy hendrix" of the saw. He suffered greatly from depression and anxiety, he seemed as if he was on an upswing and so i find it helpful the last words I have with him are "the miracle fruit i got makes sour things turn sweet". Rest in peace my brother. You will be sorely missed.
