Ashland woman killed in Talladega Co. crash

Kizzy Lazelle Ballard, 34, was killed when the 2007 Pontiac G6 she was driving hit the back of a 2005 Peterbilt log truck driven by Philip Dale Rice, 45, of Roanoke, according to Alabama State Troopers. Rice was not hurt.

Ever since hearing about this incident yesterday I can't seem to stop thinking about it. I remember seeing Kizzy smiling every time I saw her. May your smile continue to delight the ones that are up there with you. You will truly be missed. May God comfort your loved ones.
