East 118th Street and Buckeye Road

A 22-year-old woman and a 4-month-old baby were seriously injured after being struck on the sidewalk at East 118th Street and Buckeye Road early Thursday afternoon by a hit-and-run 16 year old driver who is now in custody. The vehicle jumped the curb and pinned the victims against a wall.
