East Freeway

Authorities are currently searching for a driver that fled from a hit and run incident early Sunday morning. The driver was exiting the freeway when he hit a pedestrian walking up the ramp.

A female driving a Hyundai eastbound in the westbound lanes collided with a man driving a Toyota. Both drivers died at the scene. 

Houston police are investigating a deadly crash in east Houston.

The crash happened in the 100 block of the East Freeway around 7 p.m. on April 7.
