Brandon Boles, of Stokes County, and Pablo Cruz, of Dudley, were killed in a two-vehicle accident on Interstate 40 before the Farmington Road exit Sunday morning.
Desiderio was traveling westbound on I-40 swerving from lane to lane. His vehicle started to enter the median then turned sharply to the right, crossing both lanes and striking the guard rail. He was pronounced dead at the scene, and the accident remains under investigation.
RALEIGH — A 20-year-old Cary man died Thursday afternoon when his car, being driven by an 18-year-old woman who police said they suspect was driving impaired, went off Interstate 40, rolled over and slammed into a tree at about 60 mph.
