A Louisville man was killed in a single-vehicle crash near Russell Springs, Kentucky Sunday. Kenneth Bell, 54, a passenger in the vehicle, was pronounced dead at the scene. It happened around 5 p.m. July 13 on the Louie B. Nunn Parkway near Russell Springs, Kentucky.
