Tue, 06/02/2015David K. Cooper was driving a backhoe on McCleary Road when the machine veered onto the grass shoulder and hit a wooden post, then overturned. Cooper was partially thrown from the backhoe when it fell on its side. He sustained fatal injuries. The accident is still under investigation.
