Route 12 and Kerwin Road

20 year old Mitchell M. Marshaw crashed into an elderly man in a car on his motorcycle while trying to evade a deputy in a dangerous high speed chase.

The accident occurred when a motorcycle speeding north collided with a car at the intersection of Route 12 and Kerwin Road in Boonville. The department’s criminal investigation office is asking that any witnesses to the crash call 765-2226.
