Seaview Ave. and Louisiana Ave

A driver fleed on foot after he slammed into a man and woman near the intersection of Seaview Ave. and Louisiana Ave in Brooklyn about 1:50 a.m. on Saturday. The man, 27, was fighting for his life soon after the driver slammed into him and a 32-year-old woman in Starrett City.
