Southern 215 Beltway

Shirley M. Stanfield of Las Vegas may have had a medical episode that led to a her SUV crashing on the southern 215 Beltway near the Interstate 15 southbound off-ramp at 10:41 a.m. Stanfield was transported to University Medical Center, where she was pronounced dead.
