Union Street

A moped rider has died from his injuries after crashing into a utility pole on Union Street late Monday morning. The incident was reported shortly after 11 a.m. near New England Uniform, which is between Church and Irving streets.

Authorities say three children were taken to a hospital for evaluation of minor injuries after an accident involving a school bus and a snow plow in Portsmouth.
