2 dead in SW Birmingham wreck
Birmingham police said the vehicle left the roadway and hit several trees. One officer there said the car was "a real mess."
Both occupants died at the scene. Their identities have not yet been released.

Jefferson County Chief Deputy Coroner Bill Yates identified the victims as Frederick Montez Tolbert, 22, and Erin Keshon Logan, 18. Both were pronounced dead at the scene at 9:40 p.m.
Tolbert is believed to be the driver of the vehicle, a 2014 Chevy Impala.
