Maplesville city officials confirm there was a serious wreck involving a log truck and a passenger vehicle south of the city.
Chilton 911 reports the wreck is near Highway 82 and CR 337.

Thornton said that Destini Monique Davis, 21, of Montgomery, was driving a Nissan Pathfinder that struck a 2004 Mack tractor trailer. The SUV then caught fire.
There were three passengers in Davis' car- Tarlanda Davenport, 22, an infant younger than 1, and a toddler younger than 2.
