Alabama State Troopers are investigating a deadly car accident in Tuscaloosa County.
51-year-old Northport woman killed during ejection from truck in single-car accident
Trooper Reginal King said the victim, Lisa Black Gunderson, was driving a 2001 Toyota Tacoma on Finnell Cut-Off just after 7 p.m. Tuesday when something caused the truck to leave the roadway.
Lisa Black Gunderson was driving on Finnell Cut-Off Road when for unknown reasons she lost control of her vehicle and struck a tree. She was not wearing a seat belt at the time and was thrown from the vehicle. She died at the scene.
