Troopers: 1 killed, 2 injured in wreck near West Blocton

Joseph Brian Summerlin, 29, of West Blocton was killed when the vehicle he was riding in collided with another vehicle. Troopers are investigating a multi-vehicle accident that killed on person and injured two other people. The driver of Summerlin's vehicle and the second driver were taken to the hospital for treatment. Tuesday on U.S. 11 about one and a half miles north of West Blocton. Investigators say the crash happened around 4:50 a.m.
