Driver involved in Colbert hit-and-run fatality comes forward
Cpl. Bill Burke, of the Alabama State Troopers Quad-Cities Post, said David Lee Borden, of Cherokee, contacted troopers around 11:30 p.m. Saturday and admitted he was the man driving the vehicle that struck and killed Jimmy Oneal Waldrep.
