UNA officials confirmed Booth is a former starting offensive lineman for the Lions.
Police in Sheffield said three men were killed in a Sunday morning car accident into a utility pole at the intersection of 28th Street and Jackson Highway. The men killed were identified as 27-year-old, Monty Vaughn, 22-year-old Jeremiah Booth, and 40-year-old Desmond Varnon. Information from the coroner details that Vaughn had turned 27 on Sunday.
