"The 16-year-old was critically injured when the 2002 Toyota 4-Runner in which she was a passenger ran off the roadway, struck a median cable and overturned several times," said Cook. "The teen, who was not using a seat belt, was transported to USA Hospital in Mobile, where she died Friday, March 17."
