An elderly mother and daughter were killed in a collision with two teenagers 10:30 a.m. on U.S. 84 in the intersection of Covington Road 73, one mile west of Opp, Alabama.

Barley was killed when the vehicle she was driving left the road and struck several trees. She was taken to a hospital in Selma where she was pronounced dead. Reports say she was not wearing a seatbelt at the time of the accident.

Alabama State Troopers are investigating a fatal crash that happened Wednesday morning around 3:15 near the Bullock/Montgomery county line.
