Police release name of motorcyclist killed in Dowling Road crash

he motorcyclist who died after a collision on East Dowling Road on Thursday morning has been identified by police as Justin Hillen, 32, of Anchorage.

Hillen died at a hospital after he collided with a dump truck pulling a trailer. The accident happened as the truck was turning onto Dowling Road during rush hour Thursday morning.

Anchorage police have identified the motorcyclist killed in a collision on a busy Anchorage street.

Police on Friday said the man killed in the accident was 32-year-old Justin Hillen.

Hillen died at a hospital after he collided with a dump truck pulling a trailer. The accident happened as the truck was turning onto Dowling Road during rush hour Thursday morning.

Police say the accident remains under investigation, and no charges have been filed.
