Vehicle crash in south Fairbanks sends two to hospital
Two drivers were sent to Fairbanks Memorial Hospital after a crash between two pickup trucks Monday morning at the corner of University Avenue and the Mitchell Expressway.

After Darlene Nicholia reportedly ran a red light, her pickup truck collided with another pickup truck driven by William Redfern. Neither driver sustained life-threatening injuries. Both were wearing seatbelts and had airbags that functioned properly. The accident is still under investigation.
