PD releases names in deadly Glendale head-on collision

Glendale police have released the name of a woman killed Saturday evening in a head-on collision. Investigators don’t believe speed was a factor. Sabina Levi, 59, of Glendale, was pronounced dead the scene. Police said the driver of a pickup truck that crossed the center line and slammed into her vehicle is Noe Padilla, 37, of Phoenix. There were no passengers in either vehicle.
