Cervantez and the unidentified man left Texas Roadhouse after providing the employees with an invalid credit card and rushing out of the parking lot at a dangerous speed, according to a company spokesman.

A couple fled a restaurant in a black Camaro after not paying for their meal. Police pursued and the driver of the Camaro lost control, went into oncoming traffic, and struck a vehicle with one person inside. Officials arrived to find three people injured, one of whom may have been ejected from a vehicle. One person was pronounced dead at the scene.The three people involved in the crash have not yet been identified.
