Authorities say a University of Oklahoma student from China is dead but another has only minor injuries after a vehicle went off a 200-foot cliff on an Arizona highway. The state Department of Public Safety says the young man driving the vehicle, later identified as Dian Zou, 22, was killed and that a male passenger escaped serious injury. DPS spokesman Bart Graves says two other Chinese students from the university were in another vehicle. They called 911 when one saw the other vehicle go off the cliff. Graves says that vehicle may have been going too fast to make a curve on State Route 88 in rugged terrain. The victims' identities were not released. The University of Oklahoma is on spring break, and Graves says the students were visiting a friend at Arizona State University.
