Tucson authorities have identified the pedestrian who died Thursday after being hit by a vehicle as Donald Ciarlanti, 54. Ciarlanti stepped into the road on Kolb Road near East Rosewood Street as a vehicle was approaching.The Toyota Camry hit Ciarlanti, who was not in a crosswalk. Ciarlanti deceased at the crash site.
